Carers in Kendal

Carer Registration for COVID-19 Vaccination in Kendal

Carers are eligible as part of groups 1-9, but we recognise there is a wide spectrum of carers, and some have not yet been vaccinated, due to not receiving carers allowance or being on record as a carer.  However, we recognise many people are still acting as unpaid carers and have not yet been invited for a vaccination.

If you have significant caring responsibilities and support a vulnerable person who would potentially be put at risk should you contract COVID-19, please register your details and we seek to invite you for a vaccination as supply permits.

This is your unique 10 digit NHS identification number. Your NHS Number is printed on your medical card given to you when you register with a GP practice. Your NHS Number helps healthcare staff to find your health records. Each NHS Number is made up of 10 digits, shown like this: 450 557 7104 (this is an example number only). You should be able to find your NHS Number on any letter or document you have received from the NHS, including prescriptions, test results, and hospital referral or appointment letters. If you cannot find your NHS Number at home, you can ask your GP practice to help you.
